The house was under contract within 2 months. The houses in the neighborhood usually are on the market for months, so I would say he did a remarkable job! His marketing is top notch. The house had a tenant. He had a ton of knowledge on listing a rented house. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I hate to say it was random, but we were out of town and looked at his reviews. I feel that he is more than just a "Real Estate Professional" and has gotten to know us personally. With that tool in his bag, he really finds out what you like as a client and goes to bat for you. He was excellent about showing us lots of property and negotiating. He followed thru, even being assertive with other agents in a nice but firm way. He was very good about getting into units. Often you get an agent that frankly is lazy or always has a reason why you can't see the property. Daniel made it happen. He was also good about steering us if a property was not a good deal or fit. We closed our home July 2nd and recognized how good he was. He also worked humanely with the Sellers and we feel we are good friends with them as well, due to Daniel's professionalism. And then there are always twists and turns out of his control (lenders, inspections, etc.) and he navigated those challenges smiling. He never made us feel bad about calling him and was cheerful when frankly, most people would not have been cheerful. We completely endorse him!

Wade was professional and very efficient. This was by far my easiest experience in selling a home. He is a big blanket of comfort throughout the process. We are loving our new home. He worked very hard for us to find the right house from afar. He quickly found out what we needed and wanted and worked hard to find it. He was extremely honest with us and helped us a lot. The remote closing process was easy and he took care of everything. Highly recommend!
